Stack to Grow is a platformer inspired by classic games, where growth is not just a metaphor it is the core mechanic of the experience.

Instead of simply jumping higher like in a traditional Mario-style game, here you must build your own path. Boxes scattered throughout each level are the key to progression: stack, reposition, and throw them strategically to reach the portal and move on to the next stage. Every challenge asks you to think about growth in a literal way, using the environment itself.

The Grow theme is present both in gameplay and in the player’s journey. With each level, you learn more, experiment with new solutions, and realize that growing is not only about going upward, but about understanding space, adapting, and evolving. Progress comes from stacking decisions, not just fast reflexes.

Visually, Stack to Grow features a simple, limited-bit color palette, designed to highlight gameplay clarity and interactions. Fewer colors, stronger readability — keeping the focus on the core idea of growth through construction.

Controls

• Arrow Keys or WASD – Move

• C – Pick up or throw boxes

You can stand on top of boxes to pick them up, or hold a direction and press C to throw them, opening up new possibilities. Every box matters. Every stack counts.
